Keeping Sydenham Safe Together |
||
|
Your local Safer Neighbourhood Team is continuing to focus on the issues that matter most to residents, including anti-social behaviour, drug-related activity, violence, burglary and keeping our town centres and neighbourhoods safe.
We are aware of community concerns regarding suspected drug activity and anti-social behaviour in parts of Sydenham. Officers are actively reviewing information provided by residents and carrying out patrols and problem-solving activity with partner agencies where appropriate.
We rely on information from the public to help us identify patterns, target resources and take action against those causing harm in our communities. If you witness criminality or anti-social behaviour, please continue to report it. In an emergency, always dial 999. For non-emergency matters, contact police via 101 or online through the Metropolitan Police website. Information can also be provided anonymously through Crimestoppers.
Over the coming weeks, your local officers will continue high-visibility patrols, engage with residents and businesses, and work alongside partners to address issues affecting the community.
We remain committed to listening to your concerns and improving safety, trust and confidence across Sydenham.
Inspector Gavin Durnell Have your say: Tell us the issues affecting you through Met Engage and by speaking with your local ward officers when you see them out on patrol. | ||
